Slide the Handle Assembly (

) on the end of the
Axle Assembly (

).
Insert one
1/4” x 1-1/4” Hex Bolt (

)
though the hole in the end of the
Handle Assembly (

).
Secure with 1/4-20” Nylon Lock
Nut (

), as shown.

The wheel bar mount

be positioned downward, as
