INTRODUCTION 

This fire is CE approved to the European 
Standard EN 509 and is intended for decorative 
purposes.  

The fire must be installed and serviced by a 
qualified CORGI registered installation engineer 
in accordance with National and Local 
Regulations. 

Servicing should be carried out at least 
annually, but depending upon site conditions 
more frequently.

of gas and pressure) and the adjustment of the 
appliance are compatible.

available set for either Natural Gas (G20) or LPG 
Propane (G31) check the Gas Type on the burner 
data badge is correctly marked for your gas 
supply. A conversion kit is available separately 
direct from Brilliant or your nearest dealer. 

The fire is fitted with an Oxygen Depletion 
Sensor (ODS) which continuously monitors the 
atmosphere in the room turning off the gas 
supply to the fire if combustion products are 
detected. The ODS must not be adjusted or put 
out of operation and only original 
manufacturer’s replacement parts can be used.
