COOKING TIME
The cooking times below are approximate and
indicate how long it takes to cook a full basket.
The exact cooking time varies, depending on
the weight, amount and piece size of the food.
A meat thermometer can be used to check
the inner temperature. The table below shows
seven preset cooking programmes.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
• Always clean the deep-fryer after use.
• Pull out the plug from the power point
and allow the deep-fryer to cool before
cleaning.
• Clean the deep-fryer pan and basket with
hot water, washing-up liquid and a
sponge. Do not use a stiff brush, this can
damage the surface.
• Wipe the outside of the deep-fryer with a
cloth moistened with water and mild
detergent.
WARNING!
• Never immerse the deep-fryer, the
power cord or plug in water or any other
liquid. Water that gets into the
deep-fryer can result in a risk of electric
shock and/or fire.
• Do not use strong detergent, this can
damage the deep-fryer.
STORAGE
If the deep-fryer is not going to be used for
some time, clean it, put it in the original pack
and store in a dry and well-ventilated place.
