Reduce & Check Tire
Pressures
The tires are over-inflated for shipping purposes. Inflate
to the pressures shown. Note that these pressures
may differ slightly from the “Max Inflation” stamped on
the side-wall of the tires. The pressures shown provide
proper traction, improve cut quality, and extend tire life.

Installing the Engine Guard
1. Remove the engine guard hardware (B, Figure 8)
from the upper tank support bracket of the unit.
2. Loosely install the engine guard (A) as shown in
Figure 8. The bolt should be installed from ther rear
of the machine through the washer, the engine guard,
the upper tank support bracket, the tank bracket and
then secured with the nylock flange nut.
3. Push the fuel tanks in towards the center of the
machine before tightening the nylock flange nut to
ensure the proper fit and apperance.
