Assembly
For 52” Mower Decks
1. Lift side discharge chute (

, Figure 8).
2. Insert longest baffle (

) through discharge opening
and position baffle inside deck.
3. Using the third hole (
B
) from the discharge opening,
insert 5/16”-18 x 1.25” carriage bolt (

) through hole
in baffle, .687” spacer (

) and secure with 5/16”-18
flange nut (

).
4. Using near hole (
C
) in the center of mower deck, insert
5/16”-18 x .75” carriage bolt (

) through hole in baffle,
and mower deck. Secure with 5/16”-18 flange nut (
27
).

Note: Remove and re-assembling hardware may be

1. Ensure latch hardware is in the correct hole for the deck
sizes as shown in Figure 9.
