continued

The benefits of the Vac

2

Pac are endless.

Vac

2

Pac will save you time by allowing you

to prepare meals in advance. It will save you

money by allowing you to keep food fresh and

buy in bulk. It will even save you space since

vacuumed sealed items take up less space

than conventional storage.

We hope you enjoy all of the wonderful

benefits the Breville Vac

2

Pac has to offer…

The Breville Vac

2

Pac is a simple and effective

way to extend the shelf life of your food. It’s

not only compact, but it also offers powerful

vacuum sealing. Vac

2

Pac uses special zipper-

top bags so you can easily access stored items

without having to cut open the bag every time.

This feature also enables the bags to be used

up to 20 times, which reduces waste and

saves you money.

Do not reuse Vac

2

Pac bags after using with

raw meat, fish or poultry or after Vac

Pac

bag has been heated, ie. microwave or

simmer.

Note

The Vac

2

Pac works by creating a small hole

in the bag and then vacuuming out the air

from that hole. Once the air is removed, the

Vac

2

Pac automatically creates a heat seal

ring around the hole to prevent air from re-

entering.

You can Vac

2

Pac just about anything you want

to keep fresh for longer. The Vac

2

Pac was

designed first and foremost for solid foods;

however, it also does a great job preserving

other valuable items, from silver (helps prevent

tarnishing) to silks (helps prevent pests).
