TOP SIDE
On the top side (Fig. 1), the focus can be adjusted with the
T
W
(1) control.
The small LED (2) indicates the battery charge status and/
or the operating status.
When the battery on the unit is being charged, the LED will
alternatively blink purple and blue. If the unit is turned on
and ready for operation, the LED will be constantly blue.
RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE
On the right side (Fig. 2) you will find the MENU key (3). With
this key, you can arrive at the main menu of the LED-MP2.
This key also allows you to set up and confirm a variety of
settings.
With the two arrow keys and (4), you can move forwards
and backwards in the menu.
Individual functions may then be selected with the MENU
key. The memory card slot (5) can accept standard Micro-
SD cards, from which data may be directly retrieved.
Pressing the back arrow key (6) brings you back to the
previous step.
On the left side (Fig. 3) you will find the volume control (7),
a rocker switch that can be turned to loud and soft , as
well as the standby switch
/
(8).
REAR SIDE
On the rear side (Figure 4) you will find the mini-USB con-
nection
/dC.In
(9) for the electrical power supply and
for battery charging. In battery operated mode, it is also
possible to connect anther USB unit via a mini-USB cable.
In addition, there is an earphone connection (10), for
standard earphones or speakers with a 3.5 mm jack plug.
For instance, DVD and video units, digital receivers etc, may
be connected via the
AV.In
jack (11). The cable necessary
for these connections is included!
With the
rES.
button (12), you can reset the unit to factory
settings (delivery state). In order to press the reset button,
insert a thin needle into the hole until you feel a light resis-
tance. Hold the needle in this position until the unit shuts
off.
Caution:
If you reset the unit in this manner, all data you
have saved up to that point on the LED-MP2 can be irret-
rievably lost. Therefore, think about backing up your data
in advance!
