Using Your Deep Fryer:
WARNING: Never turn on the fryer when empty and make sure it is on a flat surface.

Unfold the wire mesh basket handle, squeeze the tines of the handle together and allow
fitting into the basket bracket.

Pour between 0.8-1.0 liters of oil into the fryer. The level of oil must be between the
marked MAX and MIN lines on the wall of the vessel.
WARNING: Always ensure the correct amount of oil is in the fryer before switching the power
on. The heating element will become overheated and the risk of oil fire if you do not follow
this instruction.

Plug into the outlet and set thermostat to the required temperature (see the reference
menu). The power indicator will to out when the set temperature is reached.

Add the food (as dry as possible) into the basket first. Too many pieces lower the oil
temperature causing food to absorb oil and/or cook improperly. Place uniform sized pieces
of food into the basket so that they will cook evenly. Be sure to dry all foods before frying.
5.
Place the basket back into the fryer.
6.
After the cooking time has elapsed, lift the basket out of the oil to drain.
NOTE: Use only a good quality vegetable oil or all-purpose shortening for deep frying.
Deep frying foods in butter, margarine, olive oil or animal fat are not recommended because
of lower smoking temperatures.
Cleaning Your Deep Fryer:
WARNING: Always
turn the appliance to “Off” and unplug the pro
duct, allow it to cool before
cleaning or storing it.
NOTICE
: Always disconnect appliance from the outlet and then remove the Magnetic Plug
from the unit. The plug should always remain on during operation. If it becomes disconnected,
