
Changing the tube, especially the coating; reassemble following reverse process
including reassembling the travelling wheel.
Be careful to correctly clamp polarity
clips then reinsulate.
Important warnings
Never exceed the maximum permitted tyre pressure - 1.5 BAR MAX!! Never remove the
split rim before releasing the tube, it can damage the rim!! Never inflate the tube if the split
rim is not securely joined together ! Never over inflate the tube because the rim is fitted
with fuse protection, over-inflation will puncture the tube or seriously serious damage the
rim!!!
Protective aids
While using Mobarrow use safe working practices at all times.
It is always advised the operator wears reinforced safety shoes.
Cleaning
Wash Mobarrow using tap water but avoid complete immersion.
To remove stubborn dirt use warm water with detergent.
Do not clean with pressure washer's.
Do not use stiff brushes or heavy implements to chip off dirt, use special care around the
speed change-box and motor.
After working in a muddy or dusty environment, remove dirt from bearings using a dry
cloth, always seal areas between the rotating and fixed parts (pic. n. 6), lubricate with
thin oil.
Bearings are protected with felt seals which must be maintained and sufficiently
lubricated.

Battery Care
If battery power is low connect to battery charger (
red light signifies the battery needs
charging, green light shows the battery is fully charged
)
Battery charging capacity will diminish if you frequently postpone charging.
