3) USING YOUR APPLIANCE
a) Functioning
To use the raclette grill in 8 people version, connect first the two raclettes grill with
the red cord supplied with the appliance.
Plug in the unit.
Turn on the switch. The indicator will light up and the appliance will automatically
start heating. The under parts and the grill will heat up together.
Preheat your units for ten minutes before inserting pans.
Put the cheese or other food like onion and bacon in the pans.
Note:
Make sure the cheese is not too thick to prevent it from coming into contact with the
heating elements.
Put the pans in the unit.
Remove when the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
To use the grill, just put your ingredients on the grill and take them off when cooking
reaches your desired level.
b) After cooking
When cooking is over, press the On/Off button. The indicator light turns off.
Unplug the power cord
Wait for the complete cooling of the unit before cleaning or storing.
4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
Clean the grill plate and the pans with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not
use metal scouring pads or abrasive detergents, as these could damage the surface
of the grill plate and mini pans.
It’s possible to clean the plates and the pans in the dishwasher.
Clean the base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the appliance in water, and
make sure no water or any other liquids enter it.
