3) USING YOUR MACHINE
a) Use of the machine
 Fill the fryer pot with oil to between the MIN and MAX level indicated.

Plug in the machine.
 Turn the temperature setting button clockwise to increase the temperature. The indicator
light comes on showing that the machine is heating up to the required temperature.
 Once this temperature is reached the indicator light goes out. You can then put your food
in the oil.
Caution: do not put your food in the oil until it is hot.
 Once you have finished using the fryer unplug it.
 Put the lid back on and leave the oil in the fryer to cool completely before moving or
cleaning the machine. Always use the handles to move the machine. Never try to move
the deep fryer holding it by its lid or the pot.
We recommend removing the oil from the fryer once it has cooled completely and
cleaning the machine before putting it away.
b) Cooking Guide
The table below provides guidelines for cooking food that is normally fried. All the food is fried
with the oil at MAX level.
The maximum capacity of the basket is 1 kg but for excellent results we recommend that you
do not exceed the weight recommended in the table below.
