Moving an Accessory Window
To reposition any desk accessory window on your screen, hold down the
Shift
key while pressing a cursor control (arrow) key.
Exiting an Accessory Window
To exit any window and restore the original screen:
On the PC keyboard, press
Esc
.
On the ANSI keyboard, press
F11
.
On the ASCII keyboard, press
Esc
.
Blocking Access
You can block access to the desk accessories by selecting the “Disabled” value for the “Desk Acc” option in the Setup menu.
Calendar
This desk accessory consists of a calendar for any month from the years 1900 to 2099. The current date is displayed at the bottom. The following keys control the
calendar:

Display the previous month

(left arrow)
Display the next month
Ç
(up arrow)
Display the same month of the previous year

(down arrow)
Display the same month of the next year
Esc
Close the Calendar window
The calendar (shown below) updates as you make choices.
