The ICA Windows-based Terminal does not support modem callback. When using modem callback, the server hangs 

up on dial-in connections at logon and then dials a specified number to reconnect to the user attempting to log on. Because 
Windows-based Terminal contains no mechanism to answer the return call, the ICA Windows-based Terminal does not 
support modem callback for dial-in connections.
