5. SETTINGS, START-UP AND CONTROL
• Fasten the “STALL CONTROL” operating walls to the wall via the 4 holes provided without drilling the cabinet.
• Fasten the 2 operating panels vertically and inclined forward, to ensure the flow of splash water. Attention,
these operating panels have an up/down direction, install them as shown in the diagram. Use the 2 fixing holes
without drilling the bottom of the panel.
• Fasten the pneumatic box as close as possible to the control cylinders.
• Fasten the controller (end position) in the horizontal position of the exit reel.
• Fasten the photoelectric sensor to automatically close the entry gate (optional assembly), it must detect the
back of the incoming cow.
• Set up the electrical connections as shown in the diagram. Only use flexible cables up to 0.75mm
2
maximum.
• Power supply: (3*0,75mm
2
flexible) will be only on a feeder with short-circuit protection and overloads up to 6A
and differential protection 30 mA. A switch accessible by the user must allow the interruption of this feeder.
• Connections of the operating panel: (4*0,75mm
2
flexible), the operating panels are double insulated and do not
require ground connection. On installations with a single operating panel, do not forget to connect terminals 1
and 2 of the available connector (J2 or J 3).
• End position connection: (2x0,75mm² flexible), double insulation.
• Pneumatic control panel connection: (7x0,75mm² flexible), connect the ground at each end of the cable,
terminal 6 in pneumatic box.
• Photocell connection (optional): (3*0.6mm

• Carry out the pneumatic connections of the cylinders to the solenoid valve box, this power supply will be done
after an isolation valve accessible by the user.
5.1 USER CONTROLS
1 - “START” push button:
• It starts the cow exit cycle and restarts a cycle suspended by the “STOP” button.
2 - “STOP” push button:
• It stops a cycle initiated by the “START” push button.
3 - “GATE” push button:
• 1 push: It controls the opening and closing of the entry gate.
• Kept down for 1 second: it controls the indexing and the de-indexing of the exit reel, only when the cycle is not
activated.
• In indexing control (kept down for more than one second), cycle not activated (or stopped by the stop button), it
resets all commands
