Checking oil level vacuum pump

Vacuum pump

The vacuum pump (1) (see

Figure 25-56

) is

located at the back side, at the upper side of the
milking box.

Replacing oil

Actually you replace vacuum pump oil during

service 4 and 8. You check the level to examine if

it has to be replaced earlier or that there is a
possibility of oil leakage.

Checking time

You can check the oil level when the milking box

is not working and if it has not run during some
time.
