hulls are constructed with our
patented Unibond™ construction process. This
involves foam injection into a closed mold system
where the foam expands to fi ll all voids in the hull.
When the fi nished product is pulled from the mold,
the hull and deck are chemically bonded to form a
solid, inseparable unit.
