Troubleshooting
Your Moonraker Sound System does not Power On:
• Ensure that your Moonraker sound system is plugged in.
• Try powering on your Moonraker sound system by pressing the pushbutton dial for longer than one second.
• Inspect the fuse located in the rear panel. With the power cable
unplugged from a power outlet
, open the fuse holder with
a flat-blade screwdriver and remove the fuse. If the fuse filament is not intact, replace the fuse with a 1-amp AGC slow
blow type fuse.
The Remote Control does not Work:
• Ensure that the batteries are properly seated in the battery compartment.
• If the speaker face is in direct sunlight, the remote may become unresponsive. Move speaker out of direct sunlight.
• Replace the batteries in the remote control.
Bluetooth Audio Quality is Poor:
• Ensure that your Bluetooth device supports 2.1 + EDR or better.
• For best audio quality, ensure that your Bluetooth device has AAC (iOS devices) or aptX
®
(some Android devices, e.g.
Samsung Galaxy).
• Try varying the volume setting on your Bluetooth device.
