serviCe messaGes
The“Filter”,“HumPad”or“UV Bulb”will blink whenever
their service hours have exceeded the time interval in
100s of hours for cleaning or replacement. After servicing
the fi lter, humidifi er pad or UV bulb, press and hold the
key area in gray for 4 seconds to reset the hours.

If multiple fl ags are blinking, you will have to repeat the
process for each fl ag.
faulT Codes
The TSTBT4H2CP Thermostat Series communicates with
a Florida Heat Pump or Bosch heat pump through the
compressor protection module (UPM) board. The UPM
communicates fault codes utilizing a combination of
pulses. The translating module deciphers these pulses
and relays the associated fault to be displayed on the
thermostat.
enablinG faulT Code messaGes
Run a low voltage wire from the ALR-OUT terminal
connection on the UPM board to the PDU terminal on the
TRM.
Caution
This feature is only available with a Florida
Heat Pump or Bosch Heat Pump.
