Connection is being utilized. See the Tech Menu Setup
Explanation for more information. The thermostat has
detected a loss of communication with the Gateway and
internet access. If the condition persists, see the
troubleshooting section at the end of this manual or
contact your local contractor for service. Press the enTer
key to return to normal thermostat display.

Equipment Monitoring is being utilized. See the Tech
Menu Setup Explanation for more information. The
thermostat has detected the heating equipment output is
below its limit. This can be caused by unusually severe
cold weather. If the condition persists, contact your local
contractor for service. Press the enTer key to return to
normal thermostat display.

Equipment Monitoring is being utilized. See the Tech

thermostat has detected the cooling equipment output is
below its limit. This can be caused by unusually severe hot
weather. If the condition persists, contact your local
contractor for service. Press the enTer key to return to
normal thermostat display.

If the power to the equipment is lost, the Receiving
Module and Thermostat loss power and the thermostat
goes into a low power operating mode to maintain the
clock using the 3V coin cell. The keys and back lighting are
inhibited until power is restored. Only the time and “noP”
is shown on the LCD indicating there is no power available
to operate the equipment.
