ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES INSTRUCTIONS
The TC9320 (L) housing can be purchased with optional silicon
strip heaters and a muffin-type blower. The standard housing
includes the terminal block with cover, as well as the terminal
bracket used to mount this equipment to the mounting bracket.
The heater option includes one set of silicon strip heaters, thermo-
stat, an adapter plate for mounting the heaters to the pan/tilt
mounting bracket, and mounting hardware.
The blower option includes a muffin-type blower and thermostat,
as well as mounting hardware.
Terminal Block
1)
Place the terminal block bracket over the two threaded studs
protruding out of one of the "wings" on the pan/tilt mounting
bracket. Refer to Fig. 5 for proper orientation. Secure with (2)
tooth washers and (2) #4-40 hex nuts.
2)
Position the terminal block over the two center holes in the
terminal bracket. Place the (2) white clips on top of the block,
and secure the assembly with (2) #6-32 bolts, as shown in Fig. 6.

Strip Heaters
1)
Mount the heater bracket to the threaded studs on the pan/
tilt mounting plate using (2) tooth washers and (2) #4-40 hex nuts.
Refer to Fig.6 for proper orientation of bracket.
2)
Position one of the heater strips over the studs on the heater
bracket. Be certain that the heater is oriented so that the wire
leads point towards the terminal block, with the metal side of the
heater strip touching the heater bracket. Refer to Fig. 7.
3)
Place a 1/4-20 hex nut over each studs, to space the two
heater strips apart. Position the second heater on top of the flat
washers, metal side touching the flat washers.
4)
Secure the heaters in place using flat washers and #8-32 hex
nuts.

) Push the yellow spacer into the terminal bracket in the hole
nearest the heater strips. This allows the heater wires to reach the
thermostat. Mount the heater thermostat on top of the spacer
