Malfunction
Cause To fix an issue
Food remains on the
crockery.
The upper basket is not
set to the same height
on the right and left.

Set the upper basket on the left and
right to the same height.
Residual detergent in the
appliance
The lid of the detergent
dispenser is blocked by
dishes and will not open.

Arrange the dishes in the
upper basket in such a way
that the tablet tray is not
blocked by dishes.

the lid of the detergent dispenser.

Do not place crockery or fragrance
dispenser in the tablet container.
The lid of the detergent
dispenser is blocked by
the tab and will not open.

detergent dispenser and not on the
narrow side.
Tabs are used in the
quick program or short
program. Dissolving time
of the tab is not reached.

Choose a more powerful "program"

with longer storage time, or
the detergent clots strongly.
