NOTICE
Uncontrolled plugging and unplugging of connectors!
The device might be destroyed.
▶
Before plugging or unplugging connectors into or from the device, disconnect
the device from the power supply or de-energize it reliably!
Damage to the device caused by incorrect installation is not covered by the
warranty!
▶
Observe the protection class, the voltage supply and the environmental
conditions according to data sheet 30214.
Various adjustment, measuring and display elements are available for commissioning
the amplifier module (see below).
Commissioning of the amplifier comprises several steps that should be followed in
the recommended order (see chapter 6.3).
An application example of pressure adjustment can be found in chapter 6.6.
8.1 Adjustment, measuring and indicator elements
The following setting elements are available:
• 2 DIL switches
see chapter 8.1.1
• 8 potentiometers
see chapter 8.1.2
• 1 measuring point selector switch and
• 2 test jack outputs
see chapter 8.1.3
• 3 LEDs (front panel)
see chapter 8.1.4
8.1.1 DIL switches
The amplifier module is provided with 2 DIL switches (S1 and S2), which are located
on the printed-circuit board within the module housing.
The DIL switches are used for configuring the
pressure command value
and
the
actual pressure value
as “voltage input” or as “current input” as well as the
pressure switch thresholds
A and B.
To gain access to the DIL switches, pull module housing 1 (= front) from module
housing 2.
Procedure:
1.
Press the two fixing clamps slightly into the module housing using a screwdriver
(blade width approx. 2.5 mm).
2.
Loosen module housing 1 (front) from module housing 2 (see figure below).
