8.9 Download 

schedule

Use this option to download the schedule from the 
Plena Weekly Timer to the PC.

1 From the main menu, click the Download schedule 

button. The following dialog box will appear 
(see figure 8.17).

2 Click either Yes or No to the question “do you want 

to save the present configuration file?”.

If you click Yes, a standard Save As window will 
appear (see figure 8.18). Select the area where you 
want to save the configuration file, and then click 
Save.

If you click No, the software will start to download 
the schedule from the Plena Weekly Timer to the 
PC, and the Downloading window will appear 
(see figure 8.19). When downloading is complete, 
this window will close.

Caution

The downloaded schedule will overwrite the 

schedule in the PC. If you do not want to loose 

your settings, you should save the present 

configuration file.

Note

Make sure you disconnect the USB cable 

before using the Timer. If you do not disconnect 

the USB cable, the performance of the Timer 

might be affected.
