2.  Tighten the inner strain-relief nut (A) inside the 

bollard  hand  tight.  Using  expandable  pliers, 

tighten the nut an additional 1/4 turn.

NOTE: Do not overtighten the strain-relief nut. The 

grommet may pull through.

3. 

Install cable hooks on the sides of the bollard.
