Software Descriptions

EMMIT Software

The EMMIT comes with the diagnostic software preloa-

ded. Just plug in the power adapter, charge the batte-

ries, and begin using immediately.

Updates

Periodic updates will become available via Wi-Fi. EMMIT 

must be above 50% battery charge, the AC power adap-

ter must be connected, and EMMIT must be connected 

to a Wi-Fi network to download updates. Minimize or 

close the app, and follow on screen prompts to comple-

te the update process.

Important: To download and install updates, EMMIT must be 

connected to the AC power adapter, over 50% battery life and not 

connected to a vehicle’s DLC.

Software Applications Overview

The EMMIT allows users to diagnose problems on the 

vehicle‘s infotainment System.
The EMMIT comes with wireless communication for ease 

of use, and on-screen help when desired.
