Exhaust Hood Application
Ducted application
• The exhaust hood fan pulls the
kitchen smoke through the metallic
grease traps and removes it to the
outside.
• Metallic filters trap the kitchen smoke
and grease.
• It removes grease and odours from the
kitchen completely.
Ductless application
•
Such type of exhaust hood requires
installation of charcoal filter (see Filter
and Maintenance).
The charcoal filter can be purchased
as a special accessory in a
SPECIALIZED SALON.

Exhaust fan draws in kitchen smokes
which are purified with the metallic
filter and the charcoal filter and then
released cleaned in the room.
• Metallic filter traps grease contained in
the kitchen smoke.
• Charcoal filter absorbs kitchen smokes.
It is impossible to remove kitchen
smoke odors if there is no charcoal
filter.
