1.
To remove, raise the catch on the display module
(Fig. 18,
Pos. 1) and carefully slide the display module out of
the front panel.
!
Take care not to subject the terminals on the display
module to any mechanical strain.
2.
Squeeze the retainer tabs of the selector switch
(Fig. 18, Pos. 2) and slide the selector switch out of
the front panel.
3.
Insert the cables of the new selector switch through
the front panel and consecutively replace 1:1 in the
terminal strip X1.
4.
Completely remove the old selector switch.
5.
Engage the new selector switch in the front panel
(bend open the retainer tabs at the selector switch
slightly if necessary).
6.
Slide the display module back into the front panel
and lock with the catch.
7.10 Checking/replacing pressure sensor
P WIKA
Fig. 19: CRR 120 pressure sensor P WIKA
1.
Connect the test pressure gage to pressure connec-
tion A. Switch on the power and pressure supply.
The pressure switch PM1 must be switched on. The
white actuator of the valve WST 5/2 must be set to
the down position.
2.
Check the supply voltage at terminal 7 +24 V (brown
wire) / terminal 11 = 0 V (blue wire).
The output signal is wired to terminal 1 (black wire).
3.
Check the changes in output signal with both po-
tentiometers P1 and P2 (1 V corresponds to 1 bar).
Compare to the test pressure gage at pressure
connection A. In the event of deviations, check the
connecting cable to the pressure sensor P WIKA and
replace the pressure sensor if necessary.
Notes on replacement
$
Brass colored: Bulkhead fitting ¼“. Pressure sen-
sor has ¼“ external thread
$
To remove, hold onto the bulkhead and screw out
the sensor.
i
After fitting a new pressure sensor, the nut of the
bulkhead fitting can be unfastened to align the sen-
sor.
$
For assembly, unplug the connector with cable to
the terminal strip.
7.11 Note on hose Vol
Fig. 20: FCRR 120_hose Vol
i
The coiled hose is required as control buffer.
Do not
shorten.
