• For two standard units which have non-double
deck structure, stacking is not allowed except
for the top equipment with a support structure
for the weight.
• Before putting into operation the equipment
shall be protected from damage and dust
contamination.
•
A space shall be remained for the convenience
of inspection and maintenance of the unit. The
minimum maintenance space of the access door
shall be 700mm. For the details of the schematic
diagram of maintenance space→ Fig. 7.

3.2 Equipment assembly
►
Use hex bolt for the connection of different
sections of units, and neoprene rubber sealing
strip (2000*20*2.8) should be used at the
connection position.
►
Adjust the position of the two parts and use hex
bolt M12*80 & hex nut M12 to connect the
basement of unit→ Fig. 9, make sure that unit
will not have relative displacement and be on
the same horizontal plane with height difference
less than 3mm.
►
Use hex bolt M12*80 & hex nut M12 for the
fixation of the corner of each section→ Fig. 9.
►
Use sealing glue for the connection parts of frame
work and hex flangeself-drilling tapping screws
ST5.5*35 for the fixation of sealing compartment
(8mm PE heat preservation foam stuck in ad
-
vance) → Fig. 8-2.
►
Connect other parts and fasten the bolt.

Notice:
Turn-up of sealing compartment at the
section corner should be placed in
staggered arrangement.If the sealing
compartment is consist of two or more
parts, sealing glue must be used at the
connection part.
