5. Maintenance
5.1
Cleaning
The charger’s housing and display should only be
cleaned using a damp cloth and neutral cleansers.
Do not use any abrasive cleaning detergent nor rough
workshop cloths.

If the charger cables or mains supply cable have
been damaged they must always be replaced by
original cables; these are available from the after-
sales department of the manufacturer in question.

Charge current with 12 Volt / 24 Volt batteries can be
adjusted to any level.
When the control is set to maximum battery charging
current and 230 V mains voltage, the charging currents
will record the following values:

In 12 V-mode with 12 V charge voltage the battery
charging current is max. 140 A arithm. and during a
start-assist measure (1 V / cell) the start-assist cur-
rent is max. 250 A arithm.

In 24 V-mode with 24 V charge voltage the battery
charging current is max. 88 A arithm. and during a
start-assist measure (1 V / cell) the start-assist cur-
rent is max. 220 A arithm.
