DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL
The panel is used to control the temperature
in the chamber. We start the smoker with the
switch (2).
On the controller (1) - see p. 11 - set the
desired temperature. With the connector
(7), the controller controls the burner in the
smoker. With the switch (3), we activate the
smoke generator connected to the outlet (6).
