Your demolition hammer
has been designed for drilling in concrete, stone and steel and for chiselling
applications.
Instructions for use
Before starting the equipment
Before plugging in, make sure that the network’s voltage and frequency correspond to those indicated on the tool’s ratings plate;
and that the ON/OFF button did not remain blocked. The tool operated, or is in “ON” position when the trigger (4) is pressed and
comes back to the "OFF” position when the same trigger is released.
Check the drilling point for concealed electrical cables, gas and water pipes.
Additional handle
For safety reasons you must only use the demolition hammer with the additional handle.
The additional handle (2) enables you to achieve better stability whilst using the demolition hammer. Always hold the tool firmly
with both hands, with handles (8) and (2), while operating.
Install-remove accessories
Caution:
By installing and removing accessories, please make sure that the tool is OFF, and the cord should not be plugged in. Pull out the
chuck grip (1) and swivel it to make the flange towards the direction of motor housing. Insert accessory into the tool holder
through the dust shield, while twisting and pushing inward until it locks automatically into place.
Switching on and off
If you want to operate the tool, you only need to press the switch (4). If you want to operate the tool continuously you can switch
and press the locking button (7). If you want to stop the tool, press the switch again and release.
Caution:
1. Please check that the switch (4) is OFF when plug the plug is connected to electrical power source.
2. Never fix permanently the switch on ON or OFF position.
Demolish or plane
Hold the tool firmly with both hands and press the ON/OFF switch. When operating, please hold down the tool a little to prevent
form rebounding and out of control. But do not hold down too much, because it won’t increase working efficiency.
Caution:
It is possible that some oil between drill and cylinder box could spray when operating. Therefore, when you want to use the tool in
room, you must previously apply cover protection on the floor and wall.
Caution:
If the tool is left unused long time or used under cold weather condition, please press the switch continuously and wait until
equipment starts to run. Before start to use, please leave the tool run for 3-5 minutes.
Tool lubrication
Your tool has been properly lubricated and is ready to use.
When the tool has worked for more than 60 hours, and the brake appears to be not strong enough, it must be lubricated. First,
open the oil cover with a hex wrench provided, and then clean up the used lubricant with a towel. Grease the power tool with
approx. 30 g gear lubricant.
Caution:
1. Do not grease more than 30 g; otherwise the tool will not function properly.
2. It is recommended that the tool with gears be greased with a gear lubricant. Other lubricants will harm the tool.
