TROUBLE-SHOOTING

The red indicator flashes although
the box is not on charge
Power socket has not been detected It has no incidence on the box. The
indicator is just an information.
Impossible to charge or the battery
runs low very quickly
1. The adaptor has not been plugged
in properly
2. The DC plug has not been plugged
in properly
3. The battery was not fully charged
4. The battery is faulty
1. Plug in the adaptor firmly
2. Plug in the DC plug firmly
3. Increase the duration of charge. It
takes about 4-8 hours
4. Replace the battery by a new one
with the same specifications as the
original one.
Noise
1. The mic is too close to the box.
2. Mic switched on but not in use

4. Smartphone receives a call and is
