Assembly of units on a plinth
- Lay out the gas manifold(s) in the hollow section of the plinth (marking out the connection points
on the suite).
- Locate and centre the stainless steel frame on the plinth and fasten with anchor bolts.
The stainless steel frame comprises sub-assemblies of lengths 500, 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500
enabling frames to be made to requisite lengths.
Sheet steel templates are delivered with the stainless steel frames, enabling sub-assemblies to be
positioned and fastened together quickly and accurately.

- Adjust the level using the adjustment screw provided (see above plan)
- Push the unit back until the hooks in the bottom locate in the 25mm square holes provided and fix
at the front.
- Bolt units together at the back through the flue vents with one HM5 x 16 bolt + a 5mm ø washer
- Having first removed the front facia (see section 2) connect using 2 HM5 x 16 bolts + 5mm ø
washers. The left hand side panels are threaded.
- Make connections to gas, electric, water, check for leaks.
- Fix the aeration vents to the extremity of plinth ( 2 screws).
NOTE: The plan above represents a wall plinth. In the case of a central plinth, the plinth is symmetrical,
assembly remains unchanged.
