Replacing to an other sanding arm

Routine Maintenance (Cont.)

 Proceed in the same way as for '

Replacing the cogged belt

Replacing the carbon brushes

1) 

Open the carbon brush cover with i.e. a coin

3) 

Replace the carbon brush and put the cover back on.

4) 

The carbon brushes stops automatically and can not below 

the marking.

2) 

Remove the carbon brush cover.

Regularly check the carbon brushes. The brushes were out more quickly at higher loads. And should be changed in 

pair after approx. 100 hours normal operating time.
