1. Hold the bike and open the seat post
clamp as pictured
2. Insert the seat post and adjust the screw
nut

, then close the clamp

as pictured;
press down the saddle to make sure the seat
post has been inserted tightly
3. Open the seat post clamp and move the
saddle up/down as pictured
4. The saddle cannot exceed the warning line
in the picture
