3.3 W-45 CONSOLE
The W-45 rower features a blue LCD display consisting of a 16 x 8 dot profile surrounded by information
windows showing the parameters of the exercise under way and a message center at the bottom of the
screen that scrolls information during and after a workout.
The vertical axes of the profile shows the resistance value and each dot on the horizontal axes represents
one sixteenth (1/16) of the length of the exercise.
Every exercise program begins on the left-hand side of the profile and ends when it has reached the right-

the profile moves towards the top of the screen. At the bottom of the screen, a scrolling message center
indicates various exercise parameters not shown in the dedicated windows.
