Step 6:

 Assemble lower cable

1.  Insert the ball end of the lower cable (33) into the front of the base frame (1) and fix the cable using 

a pulley (18), see L1.

2.  Mount the pulley (18) using a 3/8” X 1-3/4” hex bolt (56) and a 3/8” nylon nut (66), see L1.
3.  Guide the cable (33) along the base frame (1) and fix the cable using another pulley (18), see L2.
4.  Mount the pulley (18) using a 3/8” X 1-3/4” hex bolt (56) and a 3/8” nylon nut (66), see L2.
5.  Guide the cable (33) over a pulley (18) and mount the pulley to the adjustable pulley block (12) using 

a 3/8” X 1-3/4” hex bolt (56) and a 3/8” nylon nut (66), see L3.

6.  Guide the cable (33) downwards and connect the eyelet end of the cable to the connector plate (11), 

that is mounted to the upright frame (5), using a 8mm snap hook, see L4.
