Upper Handlebar Assembly :
Attach the
Upper Handlebars (#

to the
Lower Handlebars (#

)
and
secure them with four
Carriage Bolts (#

),
four
Arc Washers (#

)
and four
Cap Nuts
(#

)
.
Attach the snap-on
End Cap (#32L-1, 32L-2)
to the left
Left Lower
H
andlebar
(#29L)
.
Align
the two
together
and press firmly
until it snaps
into place.
Repeat this process
on the opposite side.
