User Program (P18~P19) 

You can set your own profile program.    Press the UP and DOWN key to select user 1 or user 2.   

Press enter to accept.    The 

time

 will flash and you can adjust the time using the up or down key.   

Press enter to save the value.    Note:    If time is set the distance cannot be set.    Continue 
through until all parameters have been set.    Once you have finished the level will flash.    Use the 
up or down key to adjust the setting.    Press enter to accept the tension level.    You will need to 
repeat these two steps for each of the 10 segments.      Press start to begin your exercise 
program.     

 

Note: One of workout parameters counts down to be zero, it will have bi sounds and stop the 

workout automatically. Press START/STOP KEY

 

to continue the workout to reach 

unfinished workout parameter.

 

 
 
REMARKS 

 

1. 

If you do not pre-set your time, the monitor will start to count up automatically. 

2. 

The monitor will turn on automatically by pressing any key or when you start pedaling. 

3. 

The monitor will turn off automatically if no signal is detected for four minutes. 

4. 

It is suggested to preset only one function.    If more than one function is preset, the first 
to  reach  the  preset  value  will  sound  an  alarm  and  stop  the  workout.    Press  the 
STOP/STOP key to continue the workout or until you complete all of the preset values. 

5. 

To change from miles to kilometers press the UP and DOWN button simultaneously in the
