Manual P1:
Press the up or down key to choose the manual program. Press enter to accept the program.
Press start to begin your exercise program or press the UP or DOWN key to set the time, calorie or
pulse then press the enter key to accept the value. Press the start/stop key to begin your exercise
program.
Program P2-P13:
Press UP or DOWN to choose one of the 12 pre-set programs and press the enter key to accept the
pre-set program. Each program has 10 segments, which is divided by time alternatives. Press
start to begin your exercise program or press the UP and DOWN key to set the time, calorie or
pulse. Press the enter key to accept the value. Press start/stop to begin your exercise program.
