Timer / Sleep timer
Your receiver is equipped with a timer. If you wish to record a
particular programme with a connected video recorder, the recorder
must be switched on.
With the help of the timer you are also able to
record TV programmes with your video recorder even if you are not
personally present. At the pre-programmed time, the receiver
switches over to the selected programme and returns to the standby
mode after it has finished, provided that the settings are correct. The
mains switch of the receiver must be switched on.
The timer can also be programmed via the EPG mode.

For the programming of your video recorder refer to the
operating manual of the device.
Programming of recording data
Select the main menu “Timer“.
Here, all recording events (i.e., manually and via EPG programmed
events) can be displayed and modified with the functional keys. Die
green functional key is used for deleting, the yellow one for modifying
or new entry and the blue one for invoking the help function.
Example: New entry
Press the yellow multi-functional key "F3" to make a new entry.
Select the desired input field by pressing the keys “P–“, ”P+“, ”V–“
and ”V+“.
Press the “OK“ key to select the channel.
On the screen, a list containing the diverse broadcasting stations will
be displayed.
Select the desired broadcasting station with the “P–“ and ”P+“
keys.
The entry is accepted and appears in the input field.
Select the input field “Date“.
Enter the desired date with the numerical keys.
The entry is accepted and appears in the input field.
Enter the start time with the numerical keys.
The entry is accepted and appears in the input field.
