1.2  Device Issues

Warm boot Scanner

Press and hold the power button (approx 20 
seconds) until a message appears to warm boot 
the scanner.

Scanner will restart and you should be returned 
to the Cylinder Tracking application main menu.

Press and hold

Warm boot may resolve:

Scanner “locked” or “frozen”

USB not recognized

Snowy fuzzy screen

Characters appearing incorrectly on the screen
