Bit 7:
This bit is set if the module is configured (by the internal switch) to produce pulses
of negative polarity. The bit is zero for positive polarity. If the level is programmed
to 0 V, the status of this bit is undetermined.
Bit 2-6:
These bits are always zero and are reserved for future use.
Bit 1:
This bit is set if the level feedback loop is locked and the output pulse has reached
its programmed level.
Bit 0:
This bit is set when a short circuit, over current, over temperature
condition exists (see the Protection Features section).
