Service Interval Display
Info Display screen contents
The distance remaining until your next service
briefly appears when you switch on the ignition.
The Info Display immediately switches to its
compute mode when you press one of the
two buttons on the turn signal indicator lever.
For certain maintenance operations, you can
view the respective distance remaining or due
date individually in the instrument cluster
(5 Series not included) or in the Control Display
(5 Series and Z4; also 1 and 3 Series with
optional iDrive; see page 9).

1. Push button 1 on the turn indicator lever up
or down repeatedly until the appropriate
symbol appears in the display, accompanied
by the words “SERVICE-INFO”.
2. Press button 2.
3. Use button 1 to scroll through the individual
service items.
1 and 3 Series; Z4 similar
5 Series only
