Replacing parts

Vehicle Equipment

This chapter describes all standard, national and
special equipment provided in the model series.
Therefore equipment not available in a vehicle is
also described, for example the selected special
equipment or national version. That also applies
to safety-relevant functions and systems.

On-board tool kit

The tool kit is located behind the left flap in the
boot under the first aid kit.

Replacing the wiper blades

General

Do not fold the wipers onto the wind‐
screen without wiper blades

Do not fold in wiper if no wiper blades are fitted,
otherwise damage may occur to the window
glass.◀

Replacing front wiper blades

To replace the wiper blades, place the wip‐
ers in the fold-out position, see page 

67

.

2.

Fold out the wipers.

3.

Swing the wiper blade into a horizontal po‐
sition.

4.

Remove the wiper blade towards the side.

Change rear wiper blade

1.

Pull wiper arm up fully and pull off wiper
blade, see arrow.

2.

Insert new wiper blade. It must be heard to
engage.
