Average consumption
The average consumption 1 is
calculated by dividing the dis-
tance covered since the last re-
set by the corresponding amount
of fuel used.
Resetting average
consumption
Switch on ignition.
Select average consumption.
Press and hold button 1 until
average consumption has been
reset.
Range
The functional description of the
operating range (
45) also
applies to the range 1 . Howev-
er, the range can also be dis-
played before the fuel reserve is
reached.
To calculate the range, a special
average consumption is used,
which does not always match the
value that can be shown on the
display.
With a completely filled fuel tank,
the fuel volume cannot be deter-
mined exactly. In this area a min-
imum range is indicated, marked
with a
>
symbol. As soon as the
