Additional speakers
Active speakers or cable-connec-
ted communication systems can
be connected to the audio sys-
tem by means of four-pole plug
connection

more information about adapter
cables to connect the compon-
ents you require.
See the information relating to
additional speakers in the tech-
nical data.
This output (LINE output) must
be activated in the sound set-
tings before use.
Navigation devices
A compatible navigation device
(e.g. BMW Motorrad Navigator
IV) can be connected to the au-
dio system by means of two-pole
plug connection

Navigation announcements are
then relayed via the audio sys-
tem. The volume of the current
playback will be reduced for the
duration of the announcement.
