Malfunctions

The remote control may malfunction as a result
of interference from localised radio signals. If
this occurs, unlock and lock the car by inserting
a key into the door lock.
If the car can no longer be locked with a remote
control, the battery in the remote control is flat.
Use this remote control when driving a relatively
long distance to recharge its battery, see
page

In the event of an electrical fault, you can lock
and unlock the driver's door by turning the key
to the limit positions in the door lock.

from the inside

This button unlocks or locks the doors and
upper tailgate when the front doors are closed,
but does not deadlock them. The fuel filler flap
remains unlocked
