Move the handlebars and stem into the functional
position.
Move the brake handles, control panel with display
and the bell into position. Screw all the components
in place.
Check the entire cable harness to make sure that it
is routed properly:
• You must prevent the cable harness from coming into
contact with moving parts.
• The cable routes must be smooth and free from sharp
edges.
• Moving parts must not apply any pressure or tension
to the cable harness.
Check the plug connections on the motor, control
device, control panel with display and light sensor.
Check the torque on all screw connections with a
torque spanner.
Check all the components to make sure that they
are firmly in place.
Set the
headlight

Carry out a test ride to check the drive system, the
light equipment and the brakes to make sure that
they are fully functional and effective.
Set the drive system has to the national language
and the appropriate system of measurement.
Check the drive system's software version for
country-specific variants.
