5. Alerts and Troubleshooting

supply cord

to remove
power. Plug
the cord back
into the
device’s power
inlet to restore
power. If the
alert continues
to occur,
contact your
home care
provider
Mask
leak
beep
LCD backlight
flashes
The
device
continues
to
operate
The
breathing
circuit is
disconnect
ed or there
is a large
air leak
Check your
breathing
circuit
connections
and reconnect
the tubing if it
has come
loose. Make
sure your mask
is on properly
before you
press the
on/off button
to restart the
airflow
Patient
apnea

The
device
continues
to
operate
An apnea
occurred
during
therapy
Continue using
the device.
Report the
alarm to your
home care
provider
